Payment

We must receive deposit of £100 within 14 days of booking your holiday; the balance of your holiday being strictly due six weeks before your holiday starts. Non payment of the balance of the rent by the due date shall be construed as a cancellation of the contract and you will lose your £100 deposit.

We accept payments by cheque or paypal

 

Cancellation/Insurance

In the event of a cancellation we will make every effort to re-let the property in which case all monies will be returned to you less a small administration fee of £20.  However if we are unable to re-let we have to advise you that you will be liable for the full cost of the holiday. We therefore strongly recommend that you take out holiday insurance.

 

Fishings

Feb - June £110 per person per week

July - Oct £140 per person per week

By meter.

 

Arrival Times

We let from Sunday to Sunday You may arrive anytime after 2.3Opm. On day of departure you must leave no later than 10.30 am

 

Fuel

Free wood and coal provided.

 

Linen

Please bring sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels. Duvets are provided.

 

Pets

Sensible Dogs only please. Dogs must be kept on a lead in Mochrum Park and on river bank Properties that have large gardens. Dogs are not allowed on Barness or Palnure Beats
